1. Return Eligibility & Time Limits
30-Day Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, products must be:

Returned with all hardware, manuals, packaging, and accessories included
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

2. Restocking Fees & Return Costs
Approved returns may be subject to the following deductions:
Restocking Charges

Unopened products: 20% restocking fee

Opened but unused products: 25% restocking fee

Products showing installation marks, scratches, or wear may be refused or subject to up to 35% depreciation fees
Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by us
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Cancelled Within 24 Hours
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase qualify for a full refund.
Orders Cancelled After 24 Hours
A $50 administrative fee may apply to cancellations requested after 24 hours due to warehouse processing and inventory allocation.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have entered shipment processing cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
4. Shipping Damage & Defective Products
Report Within 72 Hours
Any shipping damage, missing parts, or manufacturer defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Do not install damaged products before contacting support.
Resolution Process
For verified shipping damage or manufacturing defects, we will provide replacement parts or replacement products at no additional cost.
Minor cosmetic marks caused during shipping may not qualify as manufacturing defects.
5. Return Authorization Process (RMA)
Request An RMA Number
Customers must contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending products back.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Return Instructions
Clearly display the RMA number on the shipping label or return package.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
